NetAlter envisages a development platform free from copyright infringements
and unauthorized usage issues wherein the code written by the developer is completely secured and cannot be stolen by others. NetAlter would provide a perfect platform for developers as far as interactive and trusted collaboration is concerned. Currently, most developers are worried about their code and applications being misused, duplicated and copied by others without their permission. In NetAlter, when a developer creates an application module or function and publishes it, the module or code is associated with a digital certificate which contains all relevant information of its origin and licenses. Therefore, when other developers reuse the same module or code, the digital certificate provided by NetAlter to the original developer gets automatically attached and the same can be reused only on the application of a license key in their modules. The modules or code simply won’t function without the license key. This ensures that developers can freely distribute their work and gain recognition for their efforts and also financially they would be rewarded in the form of license fees and thus increase collaboration among developers.

Achieving Widespread Adoption
The NetAlter service browser will support P2P network which will enable any desktop user to create their own personal network and publish information directly from their computers. There will be broad ensured privacy of the participating peers. To support this claim, we plan to educate prospects about our distributed
P2P and grid computing solution and motivate them to adopt it.
Freely Distribute Service Browser to End Users
NetAlter solution relies on widely distributed peer nodes to build the NetAlter
grid and create its “Master Index”. The browser program will enable desktop user to be a part of the NetAlter
grid and run native applications as well as utilize the services that will be freely available to end users.

NetAlter Technology empowers users to save all their personal data on their local computers in highly secured encrypted database format. This will dispel security concerns of both end users and service providers. Also publishers will be guaranteed protection of their intellectual property rights as the P2P enabled network will not permit illegal publishing and usage of content.
