| Code of Conduct |
|
A
Code of Conduct is the most important element of the Corporate Governance
Policy. It communicates your organization’s values and principles, and
summarizes the most significant rules and policies that impact your
organization’s culture. A Code can promote ethical behaviour, reinforce legal
compliance, and enhance corporate reputation.
Often, the Code is a standalone document, ideally only a few pages in length. It
introduces the concept of ethics and compliance and provides an overview of what
you mean when you talk about ethical business conduct.
We, by this Code of Conduct are communicating our common set of ethical values
and business principles to our stakeholders, employees, customers, suppliers,
creditors etc. and ensure the accountability of our Board of Directors and
management team through the properly framed business rules & policies resulting
into transparent business practices for achieving the various goals on
individual as well as on corporate level.
