NetAlter completes 6 momentous Years |
NetAlter Software Limited has recently completed successful 6th year in
operation!
Established in 2005, NetAlter Software Ltd. has experienced very encouraging
years in corporate environment. The entire NetAlter team believes that their
potential with along the company’s vision and mission will drive the
company’s progress still further. The future growth will also motivate
increasing the current workforce from 35 employees to more.
During the year, NetAlter Software Ltd. – which specialises developing highly
innovative solutions for the social and collaborative sphere, has gone through a
significant transformation.
The company is coming up with user friendly web portal Bhav2Bhav will give new
trading experience to the user. Bhav2Bhav is a complete solution consisting of
an online portal connected with an offline application, specifically aimed at
assisting sellers to conduct their activities with the buyers at a reliable &
clear platform.
Also the company is already developing the secured Friend Connect software that
can be used between the friends circle using one to one technology concept which
will be released soon.
Apart from this development of another project Job Connect is also in progress.
There are also initial stages of planning further expansions to the current
departments to assist with customer demands for products and services in the
markets that it plans to grow. The management has also confirmed that with each
passing year of operations, we continue our journey of growth and as a step
towards the same have filed our DRHP with the regulators and SEBI to get listed
on the national exchanges. The Chairman also confirmed that the company has
received the approval from the exchanges and now waiting for the approval from
the regulator, post which the company plans to go public and get itself listed
on both NSE & BSE. Besides this on the Corporate governance front the management
assured of taking reasonable steps to ensure higher transparency and compliance
of laws along with generation of an environment that promotes higher compliance
standards and sustainable growth for all its employees.
NetAlter Software Limited’s Chairman and Managing Directors believe that the
company has planned, managed and is half way through the process to have created
a firm base for future growth and success. They are confident that even though
this is just the beginning, there will be a collective effort of the entire team
to lead the company further.
The Management has said in a joint statement: “We are thankful for support and
