Community Networking is a social networking software that offer an easy-to-manage solution for various communities. It is the beginning of communities and possession in which individuals come together to learn, collaborate and build knowledge as well as know each other. It is suited for community bureaus, offices or agencies depending on their mode of operation.

Community Social Networking comprises of Community Hotline and Community Online.

Community Hotline:
This software can be used by any community, bureaus or agency to organize and manage their community member’s profile. Individual members can connect with other members in their own group or community for exchanging information, match making, professional or social purpose.

  • Community Hotline Single Office Version
    Community Hotline Single Office Version is suitable for community, bureau or agency operating without franchises or branch offices.
  • Community Hotline Multi Office Version
    Community Hotline Multi Office Version is suitable for community, bureau or agency with a multi-branch network i.e. for branch offices at different locations.

    Various Editions of Community Hotline Multi Office Version
    • Community Hotline Super Admin Edition
      The Super Admin is installed at the head office of a community bureau and is connected to a central web server for storing community records. It centrally monitors community activities of all branches and keeps track of all the operations. This version has maximum administrative rights.
    • Community Hotline Office Admin Edition
      The Office Admin is controlled by Super Admin. It is also connected to a central web server for storing community records. This edition has total control over all records collected at an office where it is installed. Office Admin has the power to sell personal editions with data and time restrictions.
    • Community Hotline Desktop Edition
      Community Hotline Desktop Edition is suitable for community bureau or agency operating without franchises or branches. The Desktop Edition is equivalent to Super Admin Edition in terms of standard features. The difference is that this installation is extremely useful to self-governing offices as all the data records are stored in a local database server.
    • Community Hotline Personal Edition
      The Personal Edition signifies client side portability and implies that the Personal Edition user has the privilege to privately view & select the prospective profiles accrued from search results. It also has the power to download profiles based on search criteria. Creation of only single community profile is allowed in Personal Edition.
Community Online
Community Online is a web based portal that can be operated from anywhere and anytime by a community bureau, agency and its clients. It integrates smoothly with all the editions of Community Hotline Multi Office Version and provides an organization with a platform to connect with members who are not able to access local branches or franchises. Apart from the usual social networking features of Community Hotline it also offers additional modules for advertisements etc.
